The Night Before
Prepare Your Chia Pudding
- Use 1-1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds per person.
- Mix the chia with your favorite plant-based milk. Chia to liquid ratio is 1:4.
- Stir well. I find that stirring while pouring in the milk helps with clumping. I don’t have to stir once, let it sit and stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In The Morning
1. Assemble Your Bowl
- Spoon your prepared chia pudding into a bowl. You can add more plant-based milk if the pudding is too thick for your liking
2. Drizzle and Dollop
- Pistachio paste to your liking. This is the star of the bowl. I use about 1 tablespoon per person
- Date syrup to your liking.
- Tahini – about 1/2 teaspoon.
3. Sprinkle and Garnish:
Feel free to adjust the quantities of each to your liking.
- Dried apricots
- Goji berries
- Wheat germ
- Milled flaxseed
- Shelled pistachios (optional)
- White sesame seeds (optional)
